Most memorable moment at Dr. Lo's office: "The day I coordinated having a patient of Dr. Lo's surprise him with a visit at the office (after not seeing her for 25 years!). Dr. Lo had helped her as a little girl, when he was working at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Dr. Lo created an "ear" for her that she was not born with. It was a most joyous reunion and she reminded him of how much he "changed her life and her confidence growing into a young adult."

Most memorable moment at Dr. Lo’s office: During a post-op appointment, I watched Dr. Lo remove the nasal splint off of the face of a patient who he had done a rhinoplasty on the week before. I will never forget the look on the patients face when Dr. Lo handed her a mirror and she saw herself for the first time - it was pure joy! The feeling you get when you witness someone's life changing right in front of you is something that will never get old.

Most memorable moment at Dr. Los office: On my first day, I walked in and Lisa ran up to me and hugged me and said: "I'm so happy you're here!" It was the most wonderful way to start my work with the team; I was so excited to start and begin helping them at the busy office! OR When Jami decided my nickname would be "puppy".
