To give you the result you desire, Dr. Lo will use a temporary breast implant sizer during your surgery and trial different volumes to determine the final volume that will meet your goals. The breast implant sizer is then removed and replaced with the permanent implant with the proper volume that meets your stated wishes. This is all done at the time of your breast augmentation surgery. The breast implant procedure from beginning to end usually takes approximately one hour. With this approach for exact volume determination you can be assured that your final breast shape and size is what you wanted.
